Come and Enjoy an Open Mat Taekwondo Session presented with 2x Olympic Coach Karim Dighou

Youth &Cadets: 12pm-2pm
Juniors & Seniors 2:30pm-4:30pm
This is an informal Taekwondo Open mat session designed to give Victorian Athletes invaluable Mat Time in the lead up to the Australian Championships.
We all know that Victoria has done it tough the last few years with only 1 event since 2019. This is a great opportunity to have some match play, sparring and make new friends! Spectators welcome to view from our viewing area!
For Coaches it is a great opportunity to make new connections, learn from each other and make plans for the future.
