Personalised High Performance Coaching 

High Performance Training 

High Performance Coaching and Training is directed by Head Coach Master Adam Meyers personally. 

Places in the HPC program are limited to just 15 per calendar year and include the following:

  • 1-1 Coaching and training with Adam (3 sessions per week)

  • Individualised training plan

  • Nutrition guidance

  • 3-6-9 Goal setting

  • Accountability checks with Adam

  • Private online community to mix with other HP Members

  • IPP Meetings once per month (Individual Performance Plan)

  • Quarterly Social Events
